TPPF Lawsuit to Halt City of Austin Short-Term Rental Ordinance

James Quintero is the policy director for the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Government for the People campaign. Since joining the Foundation in 2008, Quintero has focused extensively on: state & local government spending, taxes, debt, public pension reform, annexation, and local regulations.

The Honorable Robert Henneke is General Counsel at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. Before joining the Foundation, Robert served as the twice-elected Kerr County Attorney where he brought conservative values to county government. Robert began his legal career serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the General Litigation division under the leadership of Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott.

Chance Weldon is an attorney with the Center for the American Future at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. Before joining the Foundation, Chance served as a fellow at the Pacific Legal Foundation in Sacramento, California and the Institute for Justice in Austin, Texas. As a fellow, he worked on cutting-edge litigation involving economic liberty, free speech, school choice, and private property rights.
