Ginn’s experience includes time in public policy, government, and academia. He is chief economist at Pelican Institute for Public Policy and a senior fellow at several think tanks, including at Americans for Tax Reform, Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF), and Young Americans for Liberty.

While SB 1200 would not make licenses for military spouses reciprocal, it would allow them to work in Texas using their license from another state if it is substantially equivalent to the one here. This is a step in the right direction and one that will help many military families.
