Casey B. Mulligan

Casey B. Mulligan, Ph.D., is Professor in Economics and the College at the University of Chicago and he served as Chief Economist of the White House Council of Economic Advisers in 2018-2019. Professor Mulligan is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a Research Fellow at the IZA Institute for the Study of Labor.
