Charlie Glover

Charlie Glover is an intern with the Healthy Texas Initiative at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, where her research focuses on patient access to electronic health records, health-data privacy, and interoperability in Texas law. She is a political science student at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Service, with minors in philosophy and legal foundations.
