Gabriel Higbie is an intern at the Texas Public Policy Foundation in the Better Tech for Tomorrow campaign. Prior to working at TPPF, he interned at the Rio Grande Foundation in his home state of New Mexico. Gabriel is a rising Junior and economics major at Hillsdale College, where he enjoys playing the piano and competing in mock trial. After completing his education, Gabriel hopes to work in policy or go into the legal profession.
