Patrick Plein is the Deputy Director for the Nolan Center for Justice working on communications, policy research, and grassroots advocacy strategy. Prior to joining the American Conservative Union Foundation, Patrick worked in the House of Representatives for a member of the Pennsylvania delegation. He is a graduate of Villanova University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and minors in criminology and economics.
