The Foundation’s Chief Economist, Byron Schlomach, Ph.D., will be Jon-David Wells’ guest at 4:35 p.m. tomorrow to talk about the end of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund tax. Gov. Rick Perry signed HB 735 last Friday, which will end this tax in September 2008 and save Texas consumers $210 million a year.
