Baked In

What to know: Anti-Semitism is at the heart of progressive ideology, Edward Halper writes. That’s because in the progressive mind, Jews are part of the oppressor class—just by existing.

The TPPF take: Progressivism—in the form of diversity, equity and inclusion offices and initiatives—has played a huge role in incubating campus violence and radicalism.

“DEI offices and personnel have been colonizing college campuses for years,” says TPPF’s Sherry Sylvester. “Inclusion, the third component, is meant to ensure that everyone on campus feels welcome and safe. While this sounds unobjectionable, celebration and support for Hamas’ actions reveals that inclusion is selectively applied—specifically, if you’re Jewish, inclusion is not for you.”

Cyberterrorism

What to know: Russian hackers hacked the water supply of Muleshoe, Texas, causing a tank to overflow. Other attacks have also been reported.

The TPPF take: The recent attacks on Texas and elsewhere underscore a national crisis that is silently transpiring.

“When it comes to water, draining the supply of a small town is just the start,” says TPPF’s David Dunmoyer. “We need not wait for cyberterrorists to poison the water supply of a large urban area before legislative action is taken.”

Panic in the Streets!

What to know: A new poll shows that about half of all Americans believe the world could be destroyed by climate change—within their lifetimes.

The TPPF take: Climate alarmism is a disservice to the American public.

“No matter how shrill the climate cartel cries that the end is near, the American public just isn’t willing to sacrifice the benefits of affordable, reliable energy — which only fossil fuels can provide,” says TPPF’s Jason Isaac. “They see through the disinformation the climate cartel is spreading. Not only is the human race nowhere near the brink of extinction, but our lives and our environment are better than ever before.”
