Evidence!

What to know: The International Olympic Committee has uncovered “evidence” that men have biological advantages over women in sports.

The TPPF take: This could and should lead to the banning of men from all female sports.

“This move undoubtedly pushed forward after a man beat a woman’s face in during a boxing match in the last summer Olympics in Paris,” says TPPF’s Sherry Sylvester. “The hero of the story appears to be Dr. Jane Thornton, director of medicine and science of the IOC, who said their research shows that anyone who goes through puberty as a male has permanent advantages over females, and it cannot be mitigated by hormone treatment. The plan is to have this all sorted before the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.”

Poland

What to know: Travel and tourism to Poland are breaking records.

The TPPF take: Families should take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about Poland, and its fight against both fascism and communism.

“Skip Italy and France on your next European family vacation—and go to Poland instead,” says TPPF’s Matt Miller. “The chance to take in the modern remnants of communism is perhaps the most vital reason to go to Poland. Many of the locals remember life under communism and are happy to tell you about how much they hated it. There is very little nostalgia.”

Cooperation

What to know: In East Texas, Smith County constables and the Bullard police are considering entering into 287(g) agreements with ICE to help enforce immigration laws.

The TPPF take: To help resolve Biden’s border crisis, red states should require all police agencies to cooperate with ICE.

“The 287(g) program, authorized under Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, allows state and local law enforcement officers to partner directly with ICE to identify, detain, and remove illegal aliens,” says TPPF’s Selene Rodriguez. “This model — expanded successfully in Florida — gives local law enforcement officers the authority and training to enforce immigration law as a true force multiplier.”
