What to know: China’s economy appears to be weakening.
The TPPF take: Is it weakness, really?
“Because China is a tightly controlled totalitarian nation, getting good information on it is difficult,” says TPPF’s Chuck DeVore. “China even ceased issuing certain reports about its economic performance last August while criminalizing the gathering of basic corporate performance data necessary to make sound investment decisions. In this context, everything coming out of China should be viewed with extreme skepticism: Is this true, or is this something China wants us to think is true?”

Dangerous Treatments
What to know: A whistleblower reveals that Texas Children’s Hospital didn’t stop experimental transgender treatments, even after it publicly pledged to do so.
The TPPF take: We can expect a slew of lawsuits over these treatments.
“We’re going to have several million children who were transitioned in this country, whose lives were ruined,” said pediatric endocrinologist Dr. Quentin Van Meter, talking with The Cannon Online. “The lawsuits will be huge. Drug makers will be shut down by judgments. Because it’s wrong”
