Nate Curtisi

Nate Curtisi is an attorney at the Texas Public Policy Foundation.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Nate served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona. As an Assistant AG, he practiced criminal appeals in Arizona appellate courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He began his legal career as a clerk at the Arizona Supreme Court for Justices Clint Bolick and John Lopez before going on to clerk at the U.S. District Court for Judge Susan Brnovich.
