Yesterday, the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Spending Limitations conducted a hearing on the House proposals to tighten state and local spending limits. Byron Schlomach, the Honorable Talmadge Heflin, and Chris Robertson represented the Foundation and testified at the hearing.
