Gaslighting America
What to know: Axios says Americans are wrong to complain about the high cost of gas, groceries, and rent; instead suggesting that: “Data shows disconnect between Americans’ perceived financial strain and reality.”
The TPPF take: Only left-leaning media outlets refuse to acknowledge that Bidenomics has failed.
“People today are taking out loans to buy groceries. That’s how bad Bidenomics has been for the average American. And no one—except the liberal media—disputes that point,” says TPPF’s James Quintero. “Let’s stop pretending that these problems don’t exist and get to work fixing them.”

Two Kinds of Justice?
What to know: The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway says the Democrats’ strategy of “lawfare,” of using the courts and the criminal justice system against former President Donald Trump, has been a huge failure.
The TPPF take: The Biden-Harris administration has weaponized the Justice Department against its political foes.
“The broader effect of politicized prosecutions is clear — Americans are increasingly convinced we live in a nation with a two-tiered justice system,” says TPPF’s Robert Henneke. “This affirms what Americans learned from the prosecution of Trump for the alleged mishandling of classified documents, while Biden (like Hillary Clinton before him) got a pass for the same thing. And the list goes on.”

Iranian Interference
What to know: Iranian hackers are looking for ways to disrupt the U.S. elections, CNN reports. They have targeted the campaign of former President Donald Trump.
The TPPF take: Iran has chosen its favorite candidate in the 2024 U.S. presidential election—and it’s not Donald Trump.
“After four years of former President Donald Trump’s maximum pressure campaign, Iran was broke, with no money for terror and no money to advance a nuclear weapons program aimed at the destruction of Israel,” says TPPF’s Chuck DeVore. “As they did with the southern border and immigration, the Biden-Harris administration reversed all of Trump’s policy successes in the Middle East. As a result, a newly wealthy Iran is flush with dollars to underwrite terror and trouble around the globe.”
